Course Registration Terms & Conditions

Space Is Limited: Register Early!

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.


Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the start date of the course. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than ten (10) calendar days before the start of the event and five (5) business days before the start of an online event. A RM 100 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Virtual seminars and self-study online courses are nonrefundable. Registration fees are transferable once with written request.

Event Cancellation

WhyExcel reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course because of low registration or events beyond WhyExcel's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.

WhYExcel cannot and do not assume responsibility for any other costs (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets or hotel reservations) or damages (including consequential, exemplary, incidental, or tort damages) or for any lost profits resulting from the rescheduling or cancelling a course.

Professional Development Facilitator

WhyExcel reserves the right to substitute event facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.

WhyExcel facilitators may receive honorarium for presenting at a WhyExcel learning events.

WhyExcel facilitators agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning event and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress.

Certificate of Completion

WhyExcel provides certificate of completion for each course participants complete, with the attendance of 70% or criterion stated prior commencement of a course.

Learner Records Privacy

In signing up for a WhyExcel professional development event, WhyExcel requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Personal Data is gathered in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
